Can't install RSAT for windows 7

I have Windows 7 64bit Pro and I'm trying to install Remote Server Administration Tools. I download and extracted the file "amd64fre_GRMRSATX_MSU.msu" from the link:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

And I tried to run "rsatcustominstaller.exe", press "Yes" on "Do you want to run this file?" but nothing happens after that. I tried running as a local admin too but nothing happens. The setup wizard never comes up.

    PLEASE HELP!

This difficulty is not new. At what time Vista came out, the precursor RSAT, Adminpak tools, can simply be installed manually register the entire the DLLs. a number of of the tools have not worked, other than at least there is a solution obtainable. Occasionally a solution to the famous error message "This update does not be appropriate to your system" was to modify the version of Windows within the registry.
