I can provide you some tools which can help you for the same. Windows NTP Time Server Client is an Windows NTP Time Server Client - a watch and a simple client Windows SNTP, which synchronizes the time on any computer with Windows XP/2000/NT/95/98/Me said Internet or Internet time server NTP. In the same way you can also use tSync. It can sync time over the Internet using 16 predefined time servers, as well as allow you to decide NTP server.
