domain users can't print to shared printer but admin can

I am using a domain with a 50 users and I am usign a printer that is installed on one of the client printer is HP 1600 and I shared theprinter and the user02 can print normally. Now, if I am trying to print from any other client and any other user, the job stucks and will not run until I restart the Print Spool service on the use pc which the printer is attached to user02, but if I am login in as admin to any client and print its printing smoothly without any issues? Any ideas?

Re: domain users can't print to shared printer but admin can

You can install the printer drive by creating a port tcp / ip with the admin account, the printer will be available regardless of the logged in user. The best method would be to make a script to connect a printer that runs at logon to your users, very simple with AD and this way you assure that the printer is connected at each reboot. Install your printer on the print server. Put a login script to be an interface to the user login.
