Change local administrator password on a DC

Is there anyone who can tell me a way to reset local admin password on a domain controller? If I am right clicking on my computer and selectign manage then browse down to Local user and groups, then there is a red cross, hence unable to browse to the local admin account? So, can anyone please help? Thanks.

There is way, the DSRM password can be modified through ntdsutil, so it is not an absolute that the original recovery password is the current password. Alo, the domain administrator can always logon to a domain controller not matter if a GC is available or not.
