Security Failure Audit Account Logon Event ID 675

I am not able to find a proper place to post this, so please excuse. Anyways, the Primary Domain controller that I was using is filling the Failure Audit EVENT that can be checked below:

    Source: Security
    Event ID 675
    Computer DC!
    Pre-authentication Failed:
    User Name: Administrator
    User ID: MyDomain\administrator
    Service Name krbtgt/Mydomain
    Pre-authentication type: 0x2
    Failure code: 0x18
    Client address

I have checked for krbtgt Built in account and noticed that it is disabled. I have tied to enable this account but Windows gives me this error "Windows cannot enable object krbtgt because: Cannot perform this operation on built-in accounts." Any help.
