How to restore Windows 2003 Active Directory

We were using single Windows 2003 domain controller and just recently this domain controller crashed. But we have system state backup there. Can anyone tell me the process to rebuild old domain controller. We dont have before IP adress and hostname of this domain controller. If anyone can help then it would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you are on a single Domain Controller, you just need to do a normal Full Restore with System State, assuming it is the same hardware. The IP Specs will restore everything along without any issues.
