Export Passwords from AD

I want to export passwords from Active Directory. From my understanding only hashes are stored. I am able to accept them as hashes if they can only be exported that way. And if possible I want to do it over LDAP but I am open to just about anything. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks.

It will actually depend on your password policy settings, which is, store passwords using reversible encryption. In anycase you can have to rely on some sort of hacking methodology to retrieve this data. What excatly are you trying to do anyways?
