Is there anyone who can tell me if there is a tool or guide for replication of user/group and password info between OpenLDAP and AD, either one way or two way. Do I have to go SFUv 3 all the way? Thanks.

Will this be a one time replication at the Operating System change to windows or are you going to have a permanent replication between both?
I cant think of what tool do you want exactly, whether free or not, but ILM, which was called MIIS former, will let you synchronize those 2 directories. But ILM is not a free tool. There might be some other synchronization options provided by OpenLDAP community but I dont know about that, you can have a look at same.
If you want to sync password then you will need to capture password changes, where ever these are made first. I suggest to handle this differently from syncing other user data. There are also many free sync tools. But these are actually frameworks that you have to customize. It means that the program your own agents, connectors, if your schema is somewhat specific and you want to do more things like automatically sorting the AD user account into a OU based on orga data available in different directory.
