    Event ID 13568 Source NtFrs

When I was trying to find out the reason that the remote sites that we have are not picking up the changes in group policies, then I noticed that at our head office the NTFRS service was set to disabled. When checked the event logs, then it has been stopped for a couple of months, which means why no changes have reached the other sites. After starting the server back into the replication set, I had to "Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore" in the registry. The issue is, this server has a while lot of changes to group policies I have done over the last week, so will I lose those changes? Can anyone tell me a way to do this without losing the changes?

Description: The File Replication Service has detected that the replica set "DOMAIN SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL SHARE)" is in JRNL_WRAP_ERROR.

Replica set name is : "DOMAIN SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL SHARE)"
Replica root path is : "c:\windows\sysvol\domain"
Replica root volume is : "\\.\C:"
A Replica set hits JRNL_WRAP_ERROR when the record that it is trying to read from the NTFS USN journal is not found. This can occur because of one of the following reasons.

I think that it will be fine if you can remove the site DC with dcpromo /forceremoval and then cleanup metadata on the main DC and promote it again. Also, you can follow the link below to solve the issue that you are getting:

You can try to rebuild the SYSVOL tree and its content in a domain, just check the link here - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315457
