I am using 3 DC with Windows 2003 which is disappearing because of the new machine. I have got 3 new machines and I want to migrate Active Directory to the new machines, and keep the same IP from old DC. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks.

Since you have 3 DCs, ensure that all 5 FSP roles are always on a running DC. Also ensure that the DCs are Global Catalog Servers if you have a single forest domain, which seems like that. And make all zones in DNS active directory integrated zones if not done. After that make all new DCs member servers of the domain. On all old DCs run dsdiag /v, netdiag /v and repadmin /showrepl to check for errors.
Thanks for the reply, but why not moving the FSMO roles to server3 too just making it DC/DNS/GC. For DNS which is going to be the primary one? And the server1 must keep the tasks? Thanks
You can only have once the FSMO roles in a single forest domain. So you can leave them together on one DC, check the below article for some more information:

For DNS, use AD integrated zones, so that you wont have a primary DNS server or a secondry.
Actually, all DNS servers are always up and running. So, it doesnt matter, but if you have a server they sometimes need a restart. I would specify that as secondary. If the ip addresses form the DNS server remains the same as before the clients should be fine with the scope options.
