I think disk caching on your drive might have got enabled or you might have disconnected it without using Safely Remove Hardware system tray or you might have kept connected to it to your at shutdown. In order to fix it you will can try running "chkdsk d: /r" command in command prompt for repairing the file structure and presuming the changes that might have taken for the drive. |
