Blue Screen - STOP ERROR 0x0000007A...

I keep getting the following stop error in Windows XP Home Edition:
0x0000007A (0xC03E1238, 0xC000000E, 0xF848E384, 0x1A04A860) with the
following information at the bottom of the screen:
atapi.sys - Address F848E384 base at F8481000, Date Stamp 41107b4d

I have tried running chkdsk /f /r etc... but it keeps coming up. Can
anyone help?

Download memtest and run a test, there's a likely hood that the issue has to
do with ram
