Best Socket 775 motherboards for under & overclocking?

I need a Intel Socket 775 board with DDR2 or DDR3 dual channel ram and PCI/PCI-E card. I have checked out some boards form manufacturer like Asus,Gigabyte and MSI but i am not able to decide the best one. I'll be using it 24/7, so i need a board that will consume less electricity. I might overclock it as well for playing some games so suggest me accordingly.

I want to add that boards are not designed as powering saving, so you will have to drop out that requirement from your list.
