    intel pentium 4 motherboard

I am gutting errors in device manager because of my processor. It says driver is either missing or corrupt, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver many times but no luck. I still get the same error in device manager. What can i do to fix this issue?? will i have to get my processor checked? Is it turning faulty.
