ATK0110 ACPI system driver not found

I had bought a new motherboard. Before I was using a Asus board that was a bit slower and was very old. The new motherboard is also from Asus. I had installed Windows XP on that and added all the recent Asus drivers. The installation was fine. There is a driver issue with ATK0110 ACPI system. This is it the only thing which is pending to install. Any idea how to fix the same.

Did you tried the official driver cd of the motherboard. Insert that disc and then go in Device Manager. Right click on the uninstalled hardware and choose update drivers. Then follow the screen instructions. It will browse the cd automatically and install it. That is the best way to update drivers. If this does not work go in bios and check for any thing related to that uninstalled hardware.
