There could be various reasons for the said error such as any faulty device or system error, can also be hardware incompatibility, and many more. You should better checkout the Event Viewer and see what the main cause of the problem is.

Hello gracortiz1, did you tried booting the system in safe mode and getting the same error? By the way, is this problem occurring during startup or later?
