printer spooler!!

hi i have no idea what is happening to my computer. i just took it to
a shop and paid alot of money to have it fixed and when i finally got
it back i tried to hook up my printer to it didn't work.I bought a new
printer and when i went to install it i got an error message.
(operation could not be completed. printer spooler is not running) so
i got some advice and went in to try and turn it on, it gave me a new
error. (error 3 the system cannot find the path specified) if someone
could please help me find my path i would be greatly
appriciative.......i have not been able to print anything for about 7
months.

Click Start, point to Settings, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, click
on Services.
In Services (Local) panel scroll down to Print Spooler. Right-click Print
Spooler, click Properties, in Startup type drop-down menu select Automatic
and click the Start button under Service status. Click OK and you're done.

You also may have to re-install your printer.

All I can suggest is to remove (uninstall) the printer *completely* from
your pc one more time and *reboot*.
You may wish to use:
Revo Uninstaller
http://www.revouninstaller.com/
After ensuring the Print Spooler Service is set to Automatic, re-install
the printer.
And read thru:
Error 3 When Creating a File Share on a Cluster with the Application
Wizard.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290987

If all fails go back to the computer shop.

Good luck :)
