My system running windows XP Pro SP3 has started freezing all the time. I have gone through the Event Viewer and i see the below error message repeated there many times.
An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\D during a paging operation.
I have to reboot my system ever time to get rid of freezing until it appears next time. I don't know what that error means and i am not able to find out relevant information for it as well. So is there anyone over here who has any idea about this error and can help me out in fixing it.

Seems there is something wrong with the drive in your system. In that case you can run hard drive diagnostic utility for testing the drive. You can download hard drive diagnostic utility for your drive form its manufacturer site. In case if it gets failed in any test than let me know about it for further help.
