XP can not login neither in normal mode nor in safe mode

Hope you guys have understood according to the title whats the problem. It is one of my friends Windows Xp home edition system that wont allow us to login, neither in normal mode nor in safe mode. I tried to search the solution on google but seems like mine is unique problem. Because the problem is not of wrong password that is not allowing me login, but actually the system login me in for few seconds when I hit enter after entering passwords and throws me out immediately in few seconds. Any solution ?

Are you getting any type of error ? Because error messages helps us to search effectively on the issue that you are facing.

Also i would like to know whether you are trying to login with Admin account or any other standard user account or getting the same problem with all accounts available on this system ?

Thanks for your try helping me friend. As per your questions, Nope there is no error message. it just throws me out.

And yes, am getting the same problem with all three user accounts available on this system, including the Admin account as well.

HI,

Its not a problem of Virus, due to file missing problem this will happens. Just insert the Windows XP cd in CD Drive and boot From cd drive follow the same way of xp Installation. but when u get the repair option second time in particular selection C: Drive Click on R and setup will reload the windows files and after restart u can login with admin or administrator user accounts.
