XP can not login neither in normal mode nor in safe mode

I searched Google for a few keywords to find what I was looking for, but apparently I'm brain-damaged at the moment.

I have got a PC (XP Home Edition) from one of our client , I can not log to the admin account (no password set for the admin, hit enter).

I tried that in normal mode and safe mode but no success.

It is not a password problem.When I tried to log in it logged me out immediately.

I have read many threads is other forums , but I did not find them related to my issue.

For instance one of those many forums below

I can't boot in safe mode (XP Pro)

I guess the computer hit by virus.

Can you log in with a user account or is it just the administrator account
that has a problem? What happens when you try to login? Any error
messages?
