    Windows XP as NTPServer

I am having a desktop running with XP Pro os. Now I need help from some techies here configuring my system as a Time Server for one 3rd party application that is not in development anymore and it accepts only Daytime protocol in just one specific format over port 13.

I did the same but was not able to configure it properly and as a result the response am getting from my XP Pro is in some different format which is not compatible with the application, it is not able to understand the same. Here is the same:

    12:00:36 AM 12/22/2011

But what the application understand and what I want to get is like this

    55916 11-12-21 14:55:18 00 0 0 947.7 UTC(NIST)

Can anyone of you help me out configuring my Windows XP Pro so that I can get the response as mentioned above ?
