Page fault in nonpaged area
STOP 0x00000050 (0xE3BE3000, 0x00000000,0x8056B9AC,0x00000001)
I usually get this with BSOD whenever I shutdown my computer or if I try accessing regedit or when I use any reg cleaner software. This problem started a week ago all of a sudden. My system is Windows XP with Service Pack 2. Please help.
Re: Page fault in nonpaged area
First of all you should never use any Registry cleaner software because they are third party tools and you will never come to know if they have damaged any registry. As far as your error message is concerned I will suggest you to check the following MSDN article: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms793437.aspx.
The error and BSOD could be most probably due to bad or faulty hardware. Hence you should test your RAM. Also Check the hard drive for bad sectors by running chkdsk /f /r. Check the System log of Event Viewer for Error Reports. If you find any warning listed in the Event log, post here.
