WMI system files & repository files MISSING

After running WMI Diagnostic I was getting some issues. Can anyone tell me where to find the below files and how to install those? I have tried other fixes that I found but nothing worked so I used the diagnostic tool to gather some information, below is the complete details:

Can you tell us what issues are you seeing that is caused you to run the WMI Diagnostic? What is the make and model of your computer? What do you mean by system disks that you do?

If I am trying to make advanced changes to programs like firewall, etc, then I am getting that message that WMI files are missing. After I use computer management for services I am getting a message that snap in failed to initialize - Name WMI Control.

Have you checked the path properly, like _MANY_ installers usually alter the path to include the \WBEM directory, but stupidly assume its always on the C: volume. Incase your system volume is other than C: then I think that might be an issue for you.

Thanks but this is the path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs - and that's what I get when I click on the WMI properties. Any ideas?

No, actually the Path environment variable, under My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Environment Variables. Can you try to make sure that the portion for "X:\windows\system32\wbem;" is correct, especially the drive letter.
