The problem that I am facing is that there is no sound. I have uninstalled and reinstall the device but it will give me the above error message. Have checked that Windows update it up to date. The tech support of computer also dont know what to do? The user of this computer said that there was no sound after he installed a new printer? Any ideas? Thanks.

It seems to me that it could be a problem with the drivers or a device conflict.

Thanks for the reply, but can you tell me whether it is possible for me to solve this issue? I think I remember trying to update the driver but getting the message that the driver is the latest. How can check if it is a device conflict? Thanks.
