IPSEC service will not start

IPSEC service will not start

Hello friends,

Whenever I am trying to run IPSEC service its not running its set to automatic. When I am try to restart the service I am getting popup message saying that "Error 1747 The authentiction service is unknown".
Event Viewer says, "The IPSEC services terminated with the following error: The authentiction service is unknown Event ID 7023".

2 gig ram
E6600 chip

IPSEC Services
Default Description: Manages IP security policy and starts the ISAKMP/Oakley (IKE) and the IP security driver.

Additional Information:
May be required on some domains or VPN connections. After the installation of Service Pack 2, some processes and applications may take advantage of this service.

Defaults Startup Type:
Default XP Home: Automatic
Default XP MCE 2005: Automatic
Default XP Pro: Automatic
Default XP Pro x64: Automatic
Default XP Tablet PC 2005: Automatic

Other Settings: Safe Setting: Automatic

Service Names: Service Name (registry): PolicyAgent

Display Name: IPSEC Services

Default Path and Command Line Options: C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe

Log On As:
Account: Local System Account

Dependencies: What service IPSEC Services needs to function properly:
a.. IPSEC Driver
b.. Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
c.. TCP/IP Protocol Driver
