Always came back flagged. Thanks I will try the fixes above. The registry fix worked. Now the computer sees the CD drive and device manager no longer states that Windows cannot install the driver. However, now we find the CD drive is defective and she had already returned the new drive. Oh well, some days it just does not pay to get out of bed. |
