Flash player dowsn't work in IE?

I am using internet explorer 7 and adobe flash player 9 does not work in it.
I've tried installing firefox and it works fine within firefox, but it just
won't work in internet explorer. It is properly installed, and everything
works, but it just won't run in internet explorer. Can anyone help me???

I would go to tools menu, "Manage Add-ons" to see if it's disabled.

You may not have the appropriate plug-in installed for IE. The Firefox
plug-in does not work with IE.
