Side by Side Errors

I am getting some kind of Side by Side errors in Event Viewer and about 2 pages at startup. The event is 32 or 59. There is also no additional information available on the data base, below is the copy of the information for one:

Even I was having some error but it was solved by installing .Net Framework 2.0 Software Development Kit (SDK) 32 bit from the below link:

It is a very big file that you will need to download.
