no change/remove button in add or remove programs

i want to uninstall Norton Antivirus and clean things up on the computer. But if I go to Add and Remove Programs, then not a single program shows change or remove button. There are many programs that dont have an uninstall option via the start menu. So can anyone tell me how to solve this Add and Remove Programs issue?

You will have to manually edit the registry, just locate the below path:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Uninstall

And then delete the "NoRemovePage" or else change the value to 0 instead of 1. You will also need to check the below key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Uninstall
