Where to get stand alone Dot Net Framework version 1.1, version 2.0,version 3.0, version 3.5, version 2.0 SP1, version 3.0 SP1 ?

I was using Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 3 on my desktop computer whose Hard Drive got crashed two days ago. Hence I bought a new Seagate 250GB hard drive and re-installed Fresh Windows XP. Installation went fine then I went to windows update to get all recent paches and updates. Left the system for about 5 hours and when came back I saw a message saying “some of
installation for the Dot Net Framework had failed.”

Actually the system was trying to install Dot Net Framework but some of its parts are not getting installed. I rebooted the system and tried installing the updates again but still the same thing. Updates are looping on the same stage. So far I have tried installing the same more than 5 times but yet the same result. So now I am thinking to install Dot Net Framework manually. So can anyone please tell me from where can I download Dot Net Framework plus the PATCHES (SP1 for version 2.0 and SP1 for version 3.0), all in Stand-Alone packages?

UPDATE:
Meanwhile i was searching for .Net Framework stand-alone packages on Web including Microsoft sites and found a link to download. But when i downloaded the same, it was just about 2.8 MB in size whereas while in updates it shows about 54MB in size. Also the downloaded one is in .exe format. Is it the same?

Somebody please provide me a download page where i can get the following Net Framework in FULL PACKAGE:

• Net Framework 1.0
• Net Framework 1.1
• Net Framework 2.0
• Net Framework 2.0 SP 1
• Net Framework 3.0
• Net Framework 3.0 SP1

I have been looking for the same couple of months ago, in my case i was trying to install SP1 to .NET Framework 2 and finally i found the same for download on this MS KB page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100
