Disk Defragmenter missing?

G'day!

I tried running Disk Defragmenter today and all that happened was a dos window flash briefly on the screen and then disappeared.

When I looked at the Properties for Disk Defragmenter, the computer could still find the Target file, but when I looked at the Properties of the Target file (dfrg.msc) the file it Open With (Disk Defragmenter Module) the icon looks like it's a generic default icon, and so is missing/corrupted.

How can I get this working again? Do I have to reload Disk Defragmenter again? (If so, how?)

You can also try to merger the below registry settings to repair the problem. Just copy everything from below into a file and rename it as msc.reg and double click on it:
