insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service

I?m having two desktops at home. Both running with Windows XP Pro and have 2GB RAM each with 250 Hard drive. There are lots of HDD space left on both of these systems. But still when I try to do a simple copy paste, usually in MS Word, I use to get an error message saying ?insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.?

This is annoying. I mean there are huge resources left on my system and I?m doing a normal small copy paste work. Still the error occurs tell me I don?t have resources. Same thing happens on both of my computers.

Any advice please?

Hello Oscar M,

I have never came across such error so far hence don?t have any personal experience but as wanted to get info on this I did a search and found few Articles in MS KB which describes the same problem with solution. I think you should check all those. Hope it helps.
