Downloading U-tube videos?

I need some help to download U-Tube videos. I am not able to find any solution for the same. I also want help to download them and to cover them in the format I need. I tried some online websites that directly offer the download but that does not worked. I am looking for downloading some videos from U-Tube and then directly converting them to as per the format as I need.

You cannot download that. It prohibits from downloading file from website. You can use some online service to download that one by one but that is really time consuming. The more you can do is keep some screen recorder software on. So that will record the videos for you and save it format you want. To get a better output you will need a good graphics card for the same.

There are some add-ons available that can do the job. You can use a addon called as video download helper which can help you to download videos as well as you can convert the same to 3gp or mp4. This two options are available. There is one more tool called as Internet download manager. It also allows you to download videos and then convert them as per your need.
