    Bluetooth Devices

I want to connect a mobile phone to my computer. Actually, on the bluetooth devices icon in Control Panel I am not able to turn discovery on, which is in the options. The message 'Settings not saved' appears to be detailing discoverability and connection. The other devices like printer are able to connect without any issues? Can anyone help? Thanks.

    RE: Bluetooth Devices

Can you try to go to this registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ and then delete the following key: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}. After that open Device Manager and then try to remove the Bluetooth radio listed here. Click Action, click Scan for hardware changes. It will be able to re-enumerate the Bluetooth adapter, using the SP2 drivers.

Check the below article on "Solving setup errors by using the SubInACL tool to repair file and registry permissions" to solve your issue:

Can you try to uninstall the bluetooth device in devmgmt.msc. After the device manager has removed it, try to do the regedit and see if it works.

Even I am facing the same issue with bluetooth devices not appearing in the Control Panel? I have followed each instructions but nothing seems to be working for me. It will still not appear. Can you tell me any other solution? Thanks.
