Packet Scheduler Miniport?

I want to ensure that a system recovery disk for my new Norton Ghost 12 will work. It tellsme, but that I am missing a driver for the Packet Scheduler Miniport, whatever that is. After searching on the Internet I found that it is a part of Windows XP, i have the same OS with SP2, but I am still not clear what it is for or where to get the driver for it. I cannot even find it on microsoft website. Is there anyone who can tell me from where to get it? Thanks.

I think that miniport is usually associated with the chipset drivers.

Have you tried asking the Norton Tech Support, what did they have to say about that?
