"Faulting application spoolsv.exe" Windows Vista Business Edition

I have a client that has been experiencing this problem over and over again
in Windows Vista Business.
This is happening with two different printers they are a using.
An HP LaserJet 1020 and a Xerox DocuColor 250.

Going through the event viewer, I am coming up with this error.
""Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549b734, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549bdc9, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x000620e3, process id
0x15d4, application start time 0x01c8125bc92c2cd1."

We have tried rebooting the machine, deleting and reinstalling the printer
drivers for both, stopping the print spooler services and restarting.
Any ideas, updates, etc... that we can perform to fix this issue
