Blue & Green Screen Effects

I am using Windows Movie Maker 6.0 on my computer which has Vista on it. Is there someone who can tell me how to do a blue or green screen? I want some step by step instructions with screen shots if possible. Do I need to add something to Windows Movie Maker to get this effect? Thanks for any information.

I was also doing that, until I had to file the code. I did as he said by going to Program Files > Movie Maker > Shared and then he said Effects. But I dont see any effects folder. I am using Windows Vista and there is only one file there and its called DVD styles. I am also using WMM 6 on my pc.
