Can No Longer Sync Sansa Device to WMP

I think that I have mistakenly disabled the Automatic Sync options from Windows Media Player 10. It is not able to recognize my Sansa player and now I am not able to sync any music or song to Sansa. Can anyone tell me how to get it recognize in my computer? Thanks for any help in advance.

I will recommend you to try to download the WMP version 11 and check if that works. I have also got a Sansa player and I cannot get WMP to recognize it. I have tried with different ports, different cables, but nothing worked for me. But later when I downloaded WMP 11 then it started to sync again.

Have you tried to download the Sandisk driver from its official website, check the below link:

Can you try to put it on "hold" button and then press its center button. After that plug it into your usb. Then check if Windows XP will recognize it as a mass storage device.

Even I am facing the same issue with my Sandisk mp3 player and my motorola mobile phone. I dont know why they are not able to sync even though I am using WMP 11 on Windows Vista.
