Guest Account problems caused by Norton 360?

I recently purchased and downloaded Norton 360 and am having problems with my
Guest Account.

When I start up my Guest Account the following messages appear:
LogiTray.exe - Application error
PIFSvc.exe - Application error
ccApp.exe - Application error

and when I click on Norton 360 icon in Guest Account, this appears:
MainStub.exe - Application error

I tried doing a Symantec LiveUpdate but this appeared:
ScanStub.exe - Application error

I don't have these problems in my Administrator Account. Please advise.

Re: Guest Account problems caused by Norton 360?

I would advise getting rid of Norton In its entirety.

Re: Guest Account problems caused by Norton 360?

Hi,

It sounds as if you at least know the culprit. If you remove it (using
Control Panel: Add and Remove programs) and everything works, that will be
proof. Of course your money spent on Norton 360 is down the drain.

Good luck, Dan
