.NET Framework intialization error

free video to mp3 converter or any video converter application doesn't work
my computer was running slow with

initialization error window coming up saying error
so i did system recovery and its better but when i was adding all my programs this free video to mp3 converter has the error message

in my control panel i have .NET framework 1.1

i tried to install when the window took me to the site but it wont install and i don't want to mess up my computer by uninstalling and trying to reinstall and not instal
i need instructions please help me!!!

to Run this you have to install .NET framework version 2. without that you can not run this application. so for that you have to uninstall the previous .NET version from your system and disable the antivirus program on your system. then install this version and again try to run it. So i will suggest you to install .NET framework v2.0.50727. without that you cant run this program.
