    BCCode : 10000050 & more

    I dont know why I am getting the below error message constantly. I have got a Pentium 4 machine with 1gb ram and using an old HP printer and scanner.

    My PC is new P4 ram 1gb 120gb HDD.
    Only My HP Printer is old & my HP scanner

    BCCode : 10000050 BCP1 : F3211AAA BCP2 : 00000001 BCP3 : BF806D06
    BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

    Any help would be appreciated.

    If you have connected the old devices like HP printer and scanner in your computer, then you will have to first update all the drivers for the 2 devices from hp website and see if that works.

    You have to update the driver for the Printer and see if it is compatible with the OS that you are using. Also, take a look in the device manager for the CD/DVD Rom and see if it any problems. You should also scan your pc for some viruses with some good antivirus software. Check the example on the error code from below link:

    The error that you are facing is caused by whatever device driver or application program or Windows component that is using memory address BF806D06, based on the error message. So as suggested try to update the HP drivers and see if that resolves the error message and then post back if it didnt.
