Unable to load file or assembly mom. implementation.

I have installed Radeon RX1650 on my windows xp computer. I tried to install its software but it was not accepted by Windows logo testing. So, I downloaded the drivers from their official website. It told me to install .net framework 2 and I did that. After the restart, I am getting a message that says "Could not load file or assembly mom. implementation version =2.0.2720.25313, culture=neutral, publickeystoken = 90ba9c70f846762e or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the specified files." After searching couldnt find anything, so hoping that you have a workaround for this issue?

Can you try to use System Restore to the time before the .net installation or uninstall and then reinstall the .net program again. Also try to ensure that you have the 1.0 and 1.1 updates as well.

Thanks for the reply, I did a restore and went back to Ati driver website and install the display driver only, since it seems that installing catalyst driver gives some kind of error. And it has fixed my issue.
