My pc keeps getting the shutdown message written in the thread title. I am not able to get icons to show and cannot even get system to restore? Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

Can you go to start and then run and then type SHUTDOWN -A to stop the restarting. After that go to the Windows Update website to download and install the "Malicious Software Removal Tool" and see if that helps.

Are you getting the below message or something:

NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
'c:\windows\system32\lsass.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819

or

NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
'c:\winnt\system32\lsass.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819

If yes, then do you by any chance using Windows XP Service Pack 2?

Windows XP Pro ENU SP2

The error is related to services.exe -1

When trying to use shutdown -A => CMD freezes
New window with again shutdown -A => also freezes
Can't open any more windows or anithing else
When CTRL+DEL is used I come on logon screen to lock computer and else, but I can't do more and have to wait the system shutdown.
If I leave the Windows error message without sending or cannceling, I can continue working.
I believe also this is related to a spyware application with remote call procedure or kind like that.
