    win32k.sys query

Whenever I start my pc I am getting a error message on my screen. The error is STOP: 0X0000008 (0XC0000005, 0XBF83795, )XB670FA68, 0X00000000). It appears constantly on the screen. The error is related to some win32k.sys. I am not able to find the cause behind it but it is a serious issue that made by sysetm completely unstable. I need some help here. I had just changed my antivirus recently and I think due to that this error appeared.

    RE: win32k.sys query

The error itself says problem lies with win32k.sys file due to which you are getting that blue screen. Bluescreen mostly appear due to hardware problem or due to corrupt system files. Go in safe mode and try to run a good registry cleaner software. Get rid of some recent installation and then check back. If still this does not work then you will need to format your system and install xp back. I do not think just by replacing a file it will be resolved.

Looks like the problem appeared due to some recent changes in the pc. You can run system restore here. Instead of formatting you can also go with a repair setup. The repair setup easily replaces the damage file and make your system work more properly. This also ensure that your data is not modified. When you boot from windows cd just hit R to run the repair process. That's all. It is will help you out.
