itunes and audio configuration

I have downloaded itunes long time ago and didnt have any problem until yet. Now, everytime I try to open itunes, then I am getting a message that says "itunes cannot run because it has detected a problem with your audio configuration." Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks

Even I am having the same issue. I have uninstalled itunes and quick time and reinstalled as suggested but am still getting the same error message? Can anyone please help. Thanks

Can you try to reload your audio drivers and check for the conflicting other audio programs?
