Stop Error 1000000a

I am getting this error code when my sytem intermittently reboots (1000000a
parameter 922fe008 parameter2 00000002 parameter3 00000000001 parameter4
8051ebbbb) I can not fined an article on this stop error code. Has anyone
seen this?

How frequently is it occuring? Is it occuring when you boot or later?

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties,
Hardware,Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?

Try Start, Run, type "sigverif.exe" without quotes and hit OK. What
drivers are listed as unsigned? Disregard those which are not checked.

What is your Windows XP CD as it is described on the face of the CD?
