Options to fix corrupt config.sys

I am facing problem with system boot. The problem is due to config.sys file. I am simply not able to find any working solution for the same. I want some help here to restore the same which I tried in safe mode also. But still nothing is working. Does the same is possible by using windows installation disc. I cannot find any option in it. Can anyone guide me to restore the config.sys file.

It is a long process actually. I am giving you a link that has ample of information on your problem. You can simply find each step to fix the problem you are facing. The problem appear due to corrupt file in windows registry. There are some different methods available in the link below that you can try out.
