WMS Idle

I have a pc here on my network that is running Windows XP completely patch
with service patches and hotfixes. I also just ran all office updates on it
this morning as well. Every time we go to shut the box down or reboot we get
this wms idle message. The PC is also running McAfee 8.0sp13 and the user has
live messenger 8.1 installed. I have seen other posts about this but no one
has come across an answer yet. Does any one out there have an answer to this
issue?

Re: WMS Idle

Unfortunately no that does not assist because we are not running
communicator. Any one else have an idea. How about you boys over here in
Redmond?
