| Compressed (zipped) Folder "Cannot create output file."
I was putting some things into a new Zip file and the following error message popped up. "Cannot create output file." and insted of a zip file I have a file with a file name with two captal letters a lowercase a and a five digit number. Is their anyway to get my information back? |

See if this applies. Plus! 98 Err Msg: Cannot Create Output File http://support.microsoft.com/kb/187689/en-us No this does not apply at all. |

I figured out how to do it. You have to rename the file you mentioned with the extension .zip, and then you can extract it as a regular compressed folder with a password. |
