Where to download dotnet 3.0 SP1 full package ?

I have got some secured computers that are not connected to the internet. I have downloaded the dotnet fix 3.0 and installed in these computers quite soem time ago and am thinking of downloading the dotnetfx 3.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) to update those pcs. But all that I can get is that "dotnetfx30sp1setup.exe" file that requires PCs to be connected to the internet to get the SP1. Is there a full package of dotnetfx 3.0 SP1 available for download? Thanks.

Thanks for the link, but that is not the file that I want to download. I actually want the "redistributable" package that is the full package for DotNetfx 3.0 SP1.

Cant you just use the 3.5 redsitributable since it has 3.0 SP1 and will also make future 3.5 development simple. The fullo package can be downloaded from the below link:

I dont think you can install the 3.5 package unless the 3.0 package of dotnet is already installed on your computer.

Try this link. This is the DotNet 3.0 page with the full version to download. It's about a 50MB file and it shouldn't prompt to download anything. Also the 3.5 SP1 download are at this site as well.

Shoot just reread your post and I saw that you were looking to upgrade from 3.0 to 3.0 SP1. Sorry about that. Hopefully the link in my previous post might provide a good jumping off point for you. Good luck.
