mtp device cannot start code 10

basically my iriver clix stopped functioning after i installed nokia pc
suite software (i believe this is the culprit as its the last thing i
installed)for the cell phone it now comes up as mtp device with mtp
device cannot start code 10 i've uninstalled the software and used
nokias pc suite cleaner and it still does not work far as i know its
cleaned out pc suite files and registry entries, also i've uninstalled
and reinstalled the device same thing, checked the registry entries and
all seems fine i've also deleted them and tried reinstalling , i've even
rolled back to wmp 10 and still nothing

tired my iriver on my fathers laptop which has nokia pc suite installed
and has the same result as above

i've also tired it on my 2nd pc and it works fine as i have not
installed pc suite

I even went as far as upgrading the firmware on my clix which seems to
have no effect and searching the microsoft knowledge base for a solution

please somebody help!!!!
